How long have you been in business?
Our business name is: Puppies-Dot-Com and we have been in the breeding business for just over 20 years. In the past we bread other dogs but today we specialize exclusively in the Boston Terrier breed.
What is your mission statement?
Our Mission Statement is located on the first page of our website and is:
To give you guidance on caring and training for your puppy and to be available to assist you after you take your puppy home. To provide references of other families who have purchased puppies from us in the past. We encourage multiple visits and want your entire family to meet your puppy before you take him to his new home. To provide a written contract that includes our health guarantee and allow plenty of time for questions.

Why did you choose Pregra?
We chose Pregra because our daughter and son-in-law did a self-installation of Pregra at their home in Phoenix, AZ. We were amazed at how realistic the grass looked and felt. They also have a dog (Boxer) and the grass, which has been installed for about 3 years now, held up very well and looks awesome. Of course, the obvious and why we were interested is that there is minimal maintenance and no watering. We live in Escondido, CA and we are now on water rationing due to the severe drought conditions here in Southern California. The City has been raising our water bill and we felt this would be a good way to take care of the Earth, be considerate of our natural resources, and save money.
Do you think Pregra Infill helps eliminate pet odors?
Pregra infill is terrific at eliminating odor. We used a mixture of 3 parts sand and 1 part Pregra Infill. We have no odor.

We do business via the World Wide Web at www.puppies-dot-com.com and have our business located in Escondido, CA.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate 7-Days per week and nearly 24 hours per day (except while we are sleeping.) The business is supported by the Web and Cell Phone so even when we are traveling we handle customer needs. My wife, who runs the business (Penny) is a Veteranary Technician so our dogs and customers get the very best in support through; Puppy Buying, Innoculations, and After-The-Sale support with medical questions.
